Construct an educational material for Mass awareness campaigns and relatable toolkits to be used in social behavior change communications. Recruit community social workers to build a pool of health educators by conducting three TOE training of educators in the targeted governorates. Write multiple sponsorships packages for mass Awareness campaigns including the newly SDGs integrated approach in the health awareness messages. Establish a solid relationship with vendors and consultants by utilizing procurements needs. Build M&E tools to monitor the impact of the mass awareness campaigns conducted.

Coordinate a holistic community based - three years - project that provides comprehensive women’s health counselling and health promotion activities on the maternal health by integrating three health issues breastfeeding, breast cancer, and family planning. Build an open communication channel between service, outreach and M&E departments, while handling multiple tasks on their behalf on the process. Follow up with health counselors in different governorates to document and implement health intervention per project SOPs. Help digitalizing health promotion messages and follow up service uptakes through comprehensive mobile phone application. Conduct regular M&E checks to ensure precision and transparency though out the milestones of the project. Assist in pharmacy operations to achieve business objectives by increasing sales and gross margins, managing equipment, limiting expenses, directing operations to minimize wait times, monitoring department performance metrics. Assist with quality improvement initiatives, inventory and ordering of pharmaceuticals. Record and assist in management of QA issues and escalate where necessary Completes audit work- papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
